Our meeting planner can tailor a program specifically for your group. Team Building Retreats

Choose from a selection of Team Building excercises or create your own and we will assist in the execution of your exercise.

Scavenger Hunt

Choose a theme:

  • Western Style - You don’t know what the ol’ cowboy of the old west may have lost back then.  Boots, spurs, hats, chaps, you never know what you may find.  Get together with your team and find all the lost items from way back then.   Guaranteed to be exciting.  You can choose to walk or use golf carts as well.
  • Photography - Everyone gets a camera and there is a list of clues of what you should be taking pictures of on the ranch.  Best team wins!   More details to follow.
  • Custom  Event - We will tailor your event for you.  Your creative ideas can be developed into a fun day of team building, trust and fun!

Stargazing

Join us under the starts as you can see natures best shows; the universe’s lights in the sky.  Stargzing is a phenomenal at the Ranch, as we are away from the city lights and the whole night sky is visible.

Find a comfy bean bag chair or grab a blanket and spend a peaceful evening enjoying the view.  A knowledgeable naturalist will guide you and your family across the Texas night sky.  Learn about the stars and constellations and how they can guide you on your journey.

Refreshments will be provided during this event and a chocolate fountain as well.

Trail Riding

Saddle up with your colleagues and ride across the ranch on your favorite horse.    See the cattle, ride across the creek and have a great time.  Pre-planning is required on this event.

Campfires

Remember when you were a kid as you sat by the fire and roasted marshmellows and smores!  Re-kindle that memory here at La Cantera Ranch.  Leave here with your best memories of  an evening preceeded by an ejoyable day.

Wine Tasting

Book a wine tasting event for your next party.  Make it a themed wine tasting or just call it Wine 101.  We  can accomodate your next tasting event with some education on wine and some fun trivial facts.  You can choose the Hors o devours to go with your wine selection.

Fishing Tournament

Being only 1 mile from Lake Ray Roberts, we can arrange transportation and a guide for the day.
